Simple Little Words: Home

The day before his appointment I asked Ryu if I can take a picture of him riding his truck. He nodded his head saying "Yeaaahhh" then started moving his truck back and forth so I couldn't take the picture. Ryu laughed and giggled while I was trying to take a picture. What a little rascal!

Ryu had his two year doctor's appointment today and he was so nervous. When the nurse came in to check his weight and temperature, he started crying hysterically "I wanna go home, Mommy...I wanna go home!" This is the first time Ryu was terrified to see the doctor. Every time he sees the doctor's face, he would start screaming. We've been preparing him at home pretending to play doctor for a couple months now and Ryu loves to participate in being the patient. But after this visit, he would say "No!" on every pretend to play doctor game. Too funny! We may need to try next month to see how it goes again!
